My experience so far

First off the design is beautiful and it feels great to play on. One thing I will say though is that sometimes my touch doesn’t register right when I’m playing call of duty mobile. It’s almost as if my touch is very glitchy even with finger sleeves on. When it does happen it takes a good 15 seconds to fix itself but that’s too long and can cost me to lose matches. It doesn’t happen all the time but enough times for me to take notice. Would still recommend getting this phone though.

Great, but could be better.

The device is awesome! It does exactly what it's supposed to do and keeps my Redmagic 7 pro cool. But, I think the lights on it look super cheap. It would be better to get some more cleaner looking LED's that will produce smooth RGB lighting rather than the lights it currently has. Also, make the USB- C cable it comes with longer, it's pretty hard to be close to a socket while playing with how small this USB-C is. Other than that, great product!

Good, but could be better

The only thing I would change about it, would be to make it chargeable so I don't have wires everywhere. Cause when you plug it into the phone it drains the batter in minutes, so i had it plugged into the wall outlet but I feel like it would be easier to just make it chargeable in the future. But over all still a wonderful product, very happy with the purchase of it

Game changer ! You definitely can see a huge difference. since I located in Canada the only thing I really didn't like it's I had to pay an extra fees of 24$ dollars to FedEx that I wasn't aware about for the cooler ! I bought 3 items for a total price of 168$ +an expected 24$ FedEx fees! Really disappointed + the red magic 7 supernova that I bought one week earlier for 1100$ ... I want to buy more accessories from red magic but now I'm scared to get an other surprise with extra fees

  • Is tax included in the total price?

    For customers in the United States ,tax is included in the price if one of the items in the order is a phone. 

    If there is no phone included in the order then shipping and tax is not included in the price. The products will be shipped under DAP terms. This means we can arrange the delivery to your address but will be unable to clear it for import. You may need to cooperate with the courier for local import declaration and make a payment of duty/tax if necessary. As a result, extra costs beyond port-of-entry may be incurred upon receipt of your REDMAGIC smartphone.

    For Customers in Canada,

    No, tax is not included in the price.

    We collect tax in advance for phone orders and switch the sales terms from DAP to DDP, which is a delivery agreement whereby the seller assumes all of the responsibility, risk, and costs associated with transporting goods until the buyer receives or transfers them at the destination port, so as to provide a better purchasing experience for customers. But for accessory orders, it remains DAP if ship from HK warehouse.
