How Many Years of Software Support Do REDMAGIC Devices Have?
REDMAGIC offers more than 2 years of software support, with updates for devices being released at least every 2 months. How Many Years of Warranty Do I Get?
REDMAGIC smartphones, accessories, and PC hardware (Products) purchased on REDMAGIC come with one of two limited warranties for 1 year and 6 months respectively commencing on the date of delivery. Unless otherwise specified, these warranties cover the hardware components of the Product as originally supplied and do not cover, or partially cover consumable items, or accessories packaged or sold together with the Product. These warranties are only redeemable in the country or region of purchase.
How to Transfer Data from My Old Phone to REDMAGIC?
Manually transferring data from your old Apple or Android device to REDMAGIC is a simple process for both types of devices, and we’ll guide you through it. Before beginning the transfer process, back up all your data as a safety measure. You can use an app like MobileTrans to transfer data automatically between the two Android devices, or

2. When asked, make sure you connect to a stable Wi-Fi network.
3. Copy all apps and data from your old device.
4. Tap Backup from an Android/Apple phone.
5. The final step for transferring texts, photos, and videos is crucial for Apple users. To check your texts on your new device, learn how to switch from iMessage to Android Messages. To get photos and videos stored in Apple iCloud on your new device, learn how to transfer iCloud photos and videos to Google Photos.

However, REDMAGIC is constantly reaching out to many of the most popular game companies to see if they could allow our devices to utilize their full power. In the end, it is up to the game companies to give that option to us. It would help us a lot if you made it known that you want max FPS on your REDMAGIC by either contacting your favorite game’s support teams or posting it on their social media.
