How Many Years of Warranty Do I Get?
REDMAGIC smartphones, accessories, and PC hardware (Products) purchased on REDMAGIC come with one of two limited warranties for 1 year and 6 months respectively commencing on the date of delivery. Unless otherwise specified, these warranties cover the hardware components of the Product as originally supplied and do not cover, or partially cover consumable items, or accessories packaged or sold together with the Product. These warranties are only redeemable in the country or region of purchase.
How to Transfer Data from My Old Phone to REDMAGIC?
Manually transferring data from your old Apple or Android device to REDMAGIC is a simple process for both types of devices, and we’ll guide you through it. Before beginning the transfer process, back up all your data as a safety measure. You can use an app like MobileTrans to transfer data automatically between the two Android devices, or
