Yes! Selected participants can try a REDMAGIC device completely free during the trial period. REDMAGIC will cover the device, shipping, and related logistics.
A refundable deposit will be required depending on the device being tested. The deposit will be fully returned once the device is received back in good condition after the trial period.
No. The trial is completely free. At the end of the one-month trial period, selected participants will receive return instructions and send the device back to REDMAGIC.
Each trial round typically includes up to 20 participants.
Participants are selected based on the information provided in the application form, including their interests, current devices, and reasons for wanting to try REDMAGIC.
Anyone interested in experiencing REDMAGIC products is welcome to apply.
After using the device for one month, testers will be invited to share their honest feedback with us. We’ll reach out via email with submission instructions.
Participants are also welcome to share their experience on social media platforms, such as Reddit, if they wish.
The trial device must be returned after the testing period. Any future purchase options or promotions will be shared separately.
Terms & Conditions
- Please note that a deposit per device is required prior to shipment. The deposit will be fully refunded once the device has been returned and received in good condition at our warehouse. The deposit amount varies depending on the device being tested, typically ranging from CA$700 to CA$1400.
- REDMAGIC will cover all related expenses, including but not limited to delivery and return shipping fees, as well as any applicable taxes that may incur.
- Users are responsible for returning the device within the specified timeframe. Return instructions will be provided via email.
- Users are selected randomly. To ensure efficient allocation of devices, selected users will have three (3) days to confirm participation and complete the deposit payment. If we do not receive confirmation or payment within this period, the device will be reassigned to the next eligible user.
- We kindly ask participants to share their experience with the REDMAGIC device compared to their current device. You may share your feedback on social media or submit it directly via email. Additional instructions will be provided upon selection.
- REDMAGIC reserves the right to use submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertising materials.
- To ensure authenticity and fairness, we ask participants to:
Focus on real-world usage experience
Avoid exaggerated claims or misleading comparisons
Provide honest and balanced feedback
Base opinions on actual usage during the trial period - Applicants must:
Submit a complete application form.
Provide a valid email address.
Agree to provide an honest review of their experience.
REDMAGIC reserves the right to verify participant eligibility. - Personal information collected during the Program will be used solely for administering the Program and in accordance with REDMAGIC's Privacy Policy.
- REDMAGIC reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Program at any time without prior notice if circumstances require.
REDMAGIC also reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions as necessary.
