RETURN POLICY

The following policy is only applicable to products directly purchased from https://redmagic.gg/.

For all valid purchases you have the right to return the product/s within 15 days from the date that you take delivery of the product/s (“returns period”). The returns period will commence on the day after you take delivery of the product/s and will cease at midnight on the 15th day after delivery.

To exercise your right to return the product, you must inform us of your decision to return the product/s in writing in a format that is clear and legible i.e. a letter sent by registered e-mail. Upon receipt of your written notification, we will provide an acknowledgement of receipt of your request through one of our official channels in due course.

To ensure that you exercise your right to return the product within the returns period, it is only required that your notification to us as mentioned above is done within the returns period, failing which your right to return will expire and we will not be able to accept any return thereafter.

It is expressly recorded that we will only accept returns if the purchaser is able to provide us with valid proof of purchase of the products.  

 

EFFECT OF RETURN

 If you decide to return the product/s, we will endeavour to refund you for all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery (in accordance with the terms and conditions of delivery and excluding any costs incurreed for non-standard) within 14 working days from the date that we receive the product. All refunds will be for the product/s that have been returned only and any supplementary costs which are/were associated with your purchase including, without limitation, priority delivery charges (unless your purchase qualified for free delivery) , will not be reimbursed. . All refunds will be processed according to the same payment method that was used to make the purchase i.e. if you paid by card, the refund will be made to the card which was used for the purchase. Under no circumstances will we offer cash refunds. Any bank charges incurred by you from your own bank as a result of the purchase/refund will be for your own account and may be disputed with your bank directly.

All product/s that are to be returned to us shall be at the same conditions and original packages without undue delay and in any event no later than 10 days from the day on which you send the return notice to us. After receiving and inspecting your returned products, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned product/s.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the products along with any reduction in value of the products due to the handling the products which, in our sole determination, was more than necessary to inspect the product and arrive at a determination in respect of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

 

SALE PRODUCTS

Please note that if any sale items are returned, the refund for such sale items will be refunded according to the sale price of the product at the time of purchase.  

 

PREPARING THE PRODUCT FOR A RETURN

To ensure that any returned product reaches us safely, securely and as expeditiously as possible, it is your responsibility to attend to the following:

  • package the product safely and securely to ensure safety during transit
  • clearly mark your reference number on the outside of the parcel; and
  • include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product

 

Failure to adhere to any of the abovementioned requirements may delay the processing of your return, or result in the decline of your return request altogether.

 

DELAY IN REFUND RECEIPT

 The refund time will be dependant on the payment method that was used to make the purchase of the product. Please refer to the following:

 If you pay by credit or debit card, notwithstanding our commitment as mentioned under “Effect of Returns”, we cannot control the turnaround time of each bank, therefore the refund request for all approved refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned product/s. Please contact your card-issuing bank if you have any additional questions. 

If you paid by PayPal, the refund will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days of receipt of the product/s.

If, having complied with this policy, you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account to confirm that no refund was received. If no refund was received, contact your credit card company and/or your bank, as it may take an indiscriminate amount of time before your refund may reflect on your balance.

If you have completed all the abovementioned steps, but have still not received the refund yet, please contact us through support@redmagic.gg and quote your purchase reference number.

We reserve the right to reject any returns or request for a refund if:

  • The product that is not purchased from “https://redmagic.gg/”.
  • A product that lacks the serial number or warranty seal, is damaged, altered or used.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
  • Any product that is physically damage.
  • Any product which appears to have been tampered with, customized, or altered in any way. 
  • Any product that initiated a chargeback.
