Device has exceeded expectations. Performance has been fast, cameras are good, and the battery life is amazing. However, improvements to the device network band needs work as it cannot receive data while I am on certain Sims. Also, there is no availability for e-sims.

Issues with cooling but overall impressive

There seems to be a bug with the fan light not always turning on, and cooling features shut off with the screen, other than that this has been everything I was looking for. Redmagic has already taken my concerns and sent the bug to the proper department. I hope it is fixed on the next update. From the headset jack, I am hard of hearing and prefer to use my headset. The screen stands out, people notice. I purchased a docking station and I am going to put the performance to a test. The phone came with a case and a protective screen. The cover everything.

In extreme cases involving excessive external force, minor leakage from the liquid cooling layer may occur. However, the cooling fluid is non-conductive and used in very small quantities, so it will not cause liquid ingress, short-circuiting, or motherboard corrosion.
If leakage is detected, the after-sales service center will perform a professional inspection to determine whether the damage was caused by external factors. Based on the inspection results, the repair may qualify for either free warranty service or paid repair.
